SECRETARY RTA EMBARKS SPECIAL DRIVE TO CHECK THE RECORD OF CAR DEALERS AND AGENCIES
अधूरे रिकार्ड वाली एजेंसियाँ को के खिलाफ सख़्त कार्यवाही के आदेश
इंडिया न्यूज सेंटर,जालन्धरः सचिव रीजनल ट्रांसपोट अथारिटी (आरटीए) डा नयन जस्सल ने कार डीलर और एजेंसियों की जाँच करने के लिए अभियान की शुरूआत की । कार डीलर और एजेंसियां वाहन बेचने के लिए नियमों का पालन कर रही है या नहीं जिसकी पडताल आरटीए ने एजेंसियां में जा कर की । आक्रती वर्ल्ड टाटा मोटर्स एजेंसी में अभियान की शुरूआत करते हुए सचिव आरटीए ने कहा कि इस कदम का उद्देश्य है कि एजेंसियों की तरफ से नियमों का पालन किया जा रहा है इस बात की जाँच करना है। उन्होनें जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि इस अभियान को स्थायी तौर पर चलाते हुए अधिकारी नियमित रूप से इन एजेंसियों के रिकॉर्ड की जांच करेंगे। इस अवसर पर सचिव आर.टी.ए. के नेतृत्व वाली टीम ने ट्रेड सर्टिफिकेट, गेट के पास / डिलीवरी चालान, बिल, तैयार स्टाक, पोजैशन टैक्स, कीमत सूची और रिकार्ड की जांच की गई। डा नयन जस्सल ने स्पष्ट किया कि अलग -अलग एजेंसियाँ के जांच अभियान को लगातार जारी रखा जायेगा इस लिए एजेंसियाँ को कारों बेचने सम्बन्धित सारा रिकार्ड तैयार रखना चाहिए। उन्होनें कहा कि वाहनों की बेचने में नियमों में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही को सहन नहीं किया जायेगा।

JALANDHAR, In order to ensure the car dealers and agencies follow the set rules and procedures for selling the vehicle, the Secretary Regional Transport Authority (RTA) Dr. Nayan Jassal has embarked a special drive to conduct the checking of these agencies. Initiating the campaign from the Akriti World Tata Motors Agency, the Secretary RTA said that the move was aimed at ensuring the strict compliance of the rules and regulations by the agencies. She said that agencies were duty-bound
to operate as per the Standard Operating Procedure and its violation could invite stern action against them. Dr. Jassal said that the drive would be a permanent feature and the officers would check the records of these agencies regularly.
The team led by Secretary RTA checked trade certificate, gate pass/delivery challans, bills, ready stock, possession tax, price list and other records of the agency. She categorically said that the checking would be done of all dealers and agencies regularly adding that all the agencies should maintain proper record of
the cars sold by them. Dr. Jassal said that any sort callousness in maintenance of the records would be dealt with sternly.
